Appalling! Far from Easy. 23 Nov 19, spent £638.87, with Currys, expected 10% cashback. Have been sent on a right merry go round, produced and emailed receipts, answered all questions requested from topcashback. It is now June 2020, complete joke! sent email to customer services now can see status Closed. This has been ignored and really angry missed out on cashback of £63.10. Especially as they have the history of this transaction.

My cashback was initially approved by "CurrysPC World" and later the cashback was declined. My another cashback was declined two times without a good reason however, "topcashback" tracked my transactions perfectly. "Currys PC World" promised but did not pay cashback!!!

When purchased it was quoting 20% cashback. Took over 6 months to become payable and was only given 1% cashback. Now its been too long to raise a customer service claim
