Pending almost immediately and with reserve and collect too. So effectively getting 5% off when you go to the store without delivery charged. Great if you need something there and then! Verified within 24 hours

Used the reserve and collect service to avoid postal charges, but still tracked with no problems - took a few days longer than online tracking usually does, and wasn't asked for till details until a week or so after collecting my item from store.

Ordered a laptop on the 4/9 delivered on the 9/9 cashback confirmed 26/9. 2 emails received, order confirmation and order delivery. All seems pretty good to me. However I did have lots of problems years ago when I needed an item repairing under warranty. It was done through their own repair company and they were rubbish. Lets hope things have changed. Cashback wise, recommended.
