After making a collection request when I arrived at the store they had the request but no stock.
The Curry website does a poor stock lookup. If it finds one in stock it will allow a reservation to be place. However that stock is "floor stock" and most often the store will not release it.

Already had to submit one manual claim for Currys and it seems that a second order is going to have to be sunmitted as well.
Manual claims seem to take forever to progress.
