Already had to submit one manual claim for Currys and it seems that a second order is going to have to be sunmitted as well. Manual claims seem to take forever to progress.

Worked well "Reserve & Collect" then after entering receipt details it tracked and pending. Beware Currys (like others in DSG group, eg. PC World, Dixons) always demand your name, address, phone to enter at tills "for warranty purposes" - they really want it for marketing and to sell-on. Till operators seem trained this is essential in order to make the purchase ie. part of till system or won't allow. When I previously refused and called for Manager he said would refuse to sell to me (I then gave false details). I wrote to MD and got appology and they would inform stores - but still same thing is ongoing. nb. On till computer there is an "opt out" button from marketing but they don't tell you.

Easy transaction although I reserved the item and collected from store - I have given my transaction number as requested but still in pending over a month later so tracking is not that great if you choose to collect from store in my opinion
