A bit hit and miss with cashback for me. If it tracks then everything appears to go fine, but Currys have in the past refused cashback where the sales assistant makes a mistake when selling you the item.

Bought a washing machine which proved to be faulty and wasn't working. Prompt visit from repair man who said it would need to be replaced. Had a phone call same day to say replacement would be sent the next day. All Curreys staff, delivery men, repair man, telephone customer services, very polite and helpful.
