Ordered a laptop on the 4/9 delivered on the 9/9 cashback confirmed 26/9. 2 emails received, order confirmation and order delivery. All seems pretty good to me. However I did have lots of problems years ago when I needed an item repairing under warranty. It was done through their own repair company and they were rubbish. Lets hope things have changed. Cashback wise, recommended.

Bought the item beginning of July, but didn't track so submitted a claim. The payment was confirmed in Sept so took a while but eventually paid out.

It was easy to order the item and delivery was as fast as they said it would be. The only downside is that the cash-back did not go through whitout a claim going in. It did go through within a couple of weeks, or so, of the claim being submitted. Thank you to all concerned.
