	I find Currys cash back very confusing! I purchased a waning machine and a freezer,expecting to get 2.5% and 2% cash a k on them. I did in fact only get 1%! Having read their offers again,I notice that online purchase for delivery is only 1% also online purchase for reserve and collect is only 1%. I don't understand therefore how you are supposed to receive the full cashback on their orders?

	Very slow and very unreliable. Several genuine transactions declined through this merchant and 4 months on I am still waiting for the outcome of the transaction referring to a TV we purchased. Terrible service

	cashback declined as saying i didn't go through the correct site (which I did). Despite purchasing in the sale, within 1 week the item was further reduced by another £100 and to add insult to injury cashback now increased to £52. A costly excercise. Wish I had purchased elsewhere.

	I was supposed to get 20% off my £209 fridge/freezer but I see they have only given me £3.51 back! The same fridge was £30 cheaper in Argos, so I feel tricked to say the least!

	I was expecting more cash back on my item. It was shown as large bosch kitchen appliances, does a washing machine not count as a large kitchen appliance? Very disappointed!

	I am still in the process of claiming back missing cash back after I purchased a dishwasher with a special rate of 10% cash back. It makes me angry companies think they can get away with under paying us and think we won't notice or be bothered to chase it up
