I'm not happy, Curry's have failed to acknowledge my purchase and therefore no cashback is showing. I have raised a claim and provided the order no etc so the proof is there for all to see but I have received no updates from Top Cashback on the issue. I have also sent several nudges but nothing...I won't be using Curry's again as this seems very underhand.

Always worth checking Currys as they are now competitive with online deals. Never had an issue with cashback.

Hard sell at store and then on-line to buy everything under the sun. Not fast tracking. 26 days later and still sitting in pending.
Placed a further order that didn't track. Will sacrifice cashback for better service in future.

Bought an undercounter fridge and everything looked fine - however although the cashback confirmed 2+ months ago still to get it. I also bought an Indesit washing machine from them 3 weeks ago - they had a 10% cashback on Indesit washing machines but they have not confirmed the transaction yet an I do not feel very optimistic about it. I also want to order a dishwasher from them but after all I am very sceptical if I will proceed. Apart from the cashback issues mentioned above prompt delivery and good product values.

Ordered a tumble dryer the purchase and delivery of which was fine. Cashback did not track and 8 months after making a claim they are declining the payment because they didn't recognise TCB as the last merchant I went through. This is absolute nonsense and by reading other reviews it seems this is a common excuse they use for not paying up. Used Currys as I thought they were a reputable retailer, but clearly they are not. Will avoid in future.

Currys seem to think Topcashback wasn't the last place I was referred to the website even though time of clicking to receiving an order acknowledgment email was 4 minutes..rubbish! Won't be buying from them again, will go elsewhere where the cashback actually works.

Appalling customer service. Received a faulty integrated fridge freezer and had to make numerous abortive telephone calls to try and get a replacement. Promised calls back never came. Left without a working fridge freezer for a week and eventually after promising a replacement within 24 hours, came back to me after 48 hours to say that model was no longer in stock. I would never deal with them again. So much apathy it was unbelievable.

I have purchased on 3 separate occasions from Currys. The first 2 purchases were a disaster in terms of cashback. Despite providing all information required and lodging claims I ended up with nothing. The third purchase is on-going however past experience suggests I shouldn't hold my breath.

After seeing all the positive reviews I thought I'd give currys a try. Bought new fridge freezer, went through top cashback & claim did not track. Put missing claim form in & have been given the excuse that the network didnt recognise top cashback as the last merchant I went through. Considering that was the only merchant I went through I am very disappointed - top cashback don't seem interested in trying to help either. Shouldn't have bothered.

ordered dishwasher through Currys but it was being delivered directly from the manufacturer. I requested the delivery date for 12 days ahead of the order. However, the following morning after placing the order I realised that I needed to change the day from the monday to the friday before - you cannot believe the hastle, Currys said I had to contact manufacturer, when I did this they told me that they only dealt with trade and I needed to go back to Currys and so the 'bat and ball' game began.
Needless to say I was unable to get through to anyone to change the delivery date - I just hope nothing goes wrong with the machine now as I have no confidence in getting anything sorted.
Will never use currys again out of choice

Pays out fine as long as the sales assistant bothers to put the transaction through as a collect in store. Far too many of them do not do this and trying to get Currys to pay is afterwards is virtually impossible.

Did not work for me. Order & collect, purchase completed and CB, though initially tracked correctly, was eventually declined. I failed to notice that this had happened and now over 100 days. I suggest users to keep a close eye on progress.

Tracked quickly then disappeared. Had to put a claim in. TCB did sort it quickly though.

Very disappointing. Currys said that I used another marketing channel so couldn't give me cashback. I didn't. They lied to Topcashback and I and refused to name the other channel. There is no recourse to appeal this decision.

Spend £1100 and get no cashback and nothing but some meaningless response from Currys when you lodge a claim. I've bought loads via TCB with few issues and shopped as normal and selected Currys due to the £50 cashback I would get - only to find they refuse to pay out saying 'another marketing channel was credited with this sale' or in other words, we wont pay and wont tell you why. Last time I reward them with my money.
