	Tracked quickly then disappeared. Had to put a claim in. TCB did sort it quickly though. Poor rate of cash back £3.50 on a £220 purchase

	Very disappointing. Currys said that I used another marketing channel so couldn't give me cashback. I didn't. They lied to Topcashback and I and refused to name the other channel. There is no recourse to appeal this decision.

	Spend £1100 and get no cashback and nothing but some meaningless response from Currys when you lodge a claim. I've bought loads via TCB with few issues and shopped as normal and selected Currys due to the £50 cashback I would get - only to find they refuse to pay out saying 'another marketing channel was credited with this sale' or in other words, we wont pay and wont tell you why. Last time I reward them with my money.

	Has only taken about 4 weeks to register and then become payable. Impressed, although cashback percentage is quite meagre.

	I bought a Washing machine through cash back. It was only click and collect £3.10...... Ive used top cash back before and was really impressed by them. Currys declined my cashback which I was annoyed about so I filled out the form, added my receipt number and havent heard anything. It was only £3 but I was annoyed they declined it and gave no reason when I had purchased this item. Wont be using Curry's again ! CO-OP all paid out and were brilliant.

	Every time you reserve and collect, they don't seem to recognize it and decline the cash back. Hopeless. Last Christmas is the last time im using them.

	Still waiting after 2 months to get Currys to rectify the incorrect cashback amount. Currys had a special 11.55% cashback promotion running for buying a DSLR through Topcashback in December, and I bought a £500+ DSLR in that period. However, the cashback never tracked correctly and even after lodging a claim and numerous nudges, there is no update from Currys till date.

	Bought a tv for over 2k transaction not tracked, raised a claim, got an answer it can take up to 3 months to track, it had to be 10,5% on special 24 hours deal for TV over 1k . A bit disappointed but hope top cash back team will sort it out.

	Cashback tracked fine and then was declined. It was an eligible purchase so not very impressed. Especially as you can't raise a claim once been declined. Poor.

	Tracked initially, then declined for no apparent reason. For manual claims they demand a receipt or order reference in addition to the reservation number - not surprisingly, this is not present on the confirmation email!!!

	Recently took advantage of an online 10% discount for a Western Digital My Cloud NAS 3TB. This discount code saved me £16.00 off the in-store price and also earned me cashback of £1.80. It is a pity the cashback is so low but I cannot fault any aspect of the promotion code, the saving and the home delivery of the item, which is perfect. Thank you TCB.
