Very slow payer. First payment was wring, then took months to chase the correct amount. Very poor. Poor support from TopCashBack too.

Delighted with the purchase of my £1000 4k TV and sound bar in June 2015 and the promise of almost £100 cashback. Sadly Curry's decided to pay just £15 cashback. Complaint logged immediately through TopCashback but Curry's have yet to respond (it is now October). I won't bother with them in the future!

Cashback failed to track, subitted claim to Top Cashback. A couple of months later, this was resolved favourably and cashback went payable very quickly after that. So, gave it five starts as although there was a problem I have to conclude that in this instance the system worked as intended and this improves my confidence in TCB and clents.

i purchased 2 items on 14 Jun 2015 through the site with the promise of cash back. I have lower then expected cash back and Currys & TopCashBack are taking too long to resolve this issue. I should have over £120 in cash back but instead i have £30. Awful

Ordered an American style fridge/freezer the purchase and delivery of which was fine. Cashback did not track so a missing claim was lodged. They declined the payment because they didn't recognise tcb as the last merchant I went through. This is absolute nonsense as they were. Reading other reviews it seems this seems quite a common excuse they use for not paying. This has happen twice to me with Currys now. Will avoid in future.

Almost every purchase i make gets declined, it doesnt matter if it is click and collect or web purchase and always have to chase a missing cashback claim. Most times it is then paid but it is a pain having to dig out reciepts and old emails for just a few pounds!

Cashback never changed to the correct promotional rate as promised, but I suppose the only way to look at it was I was always going to buy from them anyway so any cashback is a bonus even at 1% instead of 10.1%!
