Total time of 6 weeks from purchase to cashback becoming payable. Impressed. Level of cashback (%) was outstanding. Travel insurance is difficult to get a meaningful quote for generally, but Coverwise offered the best overall experience, with competitive rates, very clear and comprehensive information on each product and the ability to offer full cover after all medical conditions were declared. Could have saved a LOT of time by simply using this provider in the first place rather than being led a merry dance by the other competitors. Very happy and can totally recommend.

Bought travel insurance specifically for cashback, could have got it cheaper elsewhere. Declined for no reason, very annoying - this sort of thing is putting me off TCB.

Didn't pay and appeal rejected. I have screenshots of the whole transaction. Wrote directly to Coverwise themselves as it felt crooked. No response from any of their customer service channels. Doesn't bode well if I have an issue with my insurance. Well avoid from now on.
