	Base cashback has processed properly. However, I was expecting "New Customer" cashback the claim for which remains outstanding after 6 months with no response from the merchant. Disappointing.t.

	Nice, functional clothing. Cashback has been zeroed for no reason. Lots of catalogues sent by mail, including many items you cannot order online, but only by phone - so you get more sales pitches.

	After 10 Months this is STILL sat as Confirmed? Absolutely useless. Judged on other reviews I suspect this will end up at zero after a year. Don't use them just for Cashback that's for sure :-(

	I have purchased twice form this retailer and have no concerns of the products I have received as they are excellent. I have had my cashback amount returned to zero on both occasions for no apparent reason and therefore have never received cashback I notice others have had the same experience.

	Quality of the goods is excellent and cashback registered quickly until it became payable, then crashed to zero for no reason. How can you trust a merchant who does that?

	I purchase fromn Cotton Traders at least every 3 months in excess of £100 each time, for myself and members of my family. I always go through Top Cash Back as they pay out to returning customers. They either decline the transaction or leave it as pending for months. I have around 4 outstanding 'pending' purchases. I spent £300 at Christmas with them and it didn't even track. This is really bad. I thing their clothes are amazing quality for the money but they do not honour their top cash back sales

	Received confirmation email from Top Cashback that Cotton Traders purchase had been processed & accepted but then later down the line months later before transaction was confirmed but not paid, Cotton Traders decided not to pay out replacing the amount due to be paid with 0.00 which to me had been worth £1.26. Not a large amount but on principle not happy. I had not returned the goods so could think of no other reason why cashback was not paid out.

	Poor experience. Cashback tracked quickly but upon becoming payable it went to £0. Not impressed!

	Never got cashback after spending over £50 and this isnt the first time either. Product was not as described, stated unisex bought the polo shirts were for men and to send them back it was at my own expense, will never use them again

	Products are good. Delivery is good. Apparently my cashback has been declined for no reason, not impressed! Can only think it's because I returned 1 item from my order. Still having spent £££.££'s, refusing cashback on 1 item is rather stingy. Probably will not shop with Cotton Traders again.

	No problems with quality of goods, delivery and service,but twice recently have had cashback withdrawn for no apparent reason. Not impressed by traders who make an award and then withdraw it without immediate explanation. Not sure I'll bother in future.

	Waste of time I have followed every rule and on every occasion cotton traders have rejected my claim. Topcashback should remove them.
