I was expecting more cashback but having read "frequently asked questions" I see that some retailers only pay cashback on ex-VAT price, which explains the discrepancy. Just be aware it appears Cotswold may be one of these.

Cashback was denied with no reason. Personally I think this is unacceptable behaviour.
p.s. don't worry, according to topcashback, "when a claim is declined as such there is invariably a solid reason for this". Even though no-one knows what it is!

Waiting since 18 Jun 2010 - that's nearly 2 (TWO!!!!) years for cashback. Claim submitted, and have sent TCB 9 (NINE!!!) nudges - all to no avail. Not even an acknowledgement since 2010. Pretty poor show from both Cotswold and TCB.

They declined my cashback originally and then when queried via Topcashback was agreed. Why did they decline? If you do not keep on top of these retailers you lose out
