Bought life policy in Feb 2012. 1 year and 4 days later we are still waiting for cashback. It was confirmed an age ago. Ridiculous that it takes so long!

They tried to wriggle out of the cashback took 6 months and three emails to sort.Got it in the end but left a sour taste to the experience.

Couldn't rate as zero! There are many genuine suppliers on Top Cash Back but it seems Confused is not one of them. It seems almost impossible to get this company to pay up even if you are super careful about clicking straight through from the quote to the purchase. Use another comparison company if you are using TCB

Top cashback will not give me the cashback. They have told me this is because I arranged it on the telephone even though it says this is an option. If you want the cashback do not arrange on the phone.

The latest the cash back should have been payable to me was August, wasted a lot of time cashing Topcashback for this as it has only just become payable. Merchants and yourselves need to stick to the terms agreed or do not set time frames.

rated one star because zero wasn't an option. this should be renamed from faster paying to slower paying and also after waiting almost a year the amount they paid was reduced from the promised £84 to £20 less. AVOID!

Took policy out in March 2013. As advised, it took six months then the amount changed from £0.00 to £70.70. Now mid January 2014 it has become payable so I am very pleased.
