	great as a retailer as they helped me find a great deal on life insurance and had a lot to choose from. cashback has been smooth. id have loved for it to be a little bit quicker. or at least to have an estimated timescale though

	Showed as pending at £0 from 23rd june. Finally 23rd January showing as £121 confirmed. Takes a while but eventually comes through

	I purchased life insurance in about May 13. It tracked and showed 0.00 until it was confirmed in November. A little under 4 week's later it was payable. Saved £10 a month and received £70. well worth the wait.

	So frustrated!! Purchase tracks as £0 for six months to ensure you keep the product that long (fair enough). But after 9 months it still tracks as £0. I should by now have received £70 cash back; the reason for choosing this particular product. I try using Topcashback to lodge a claim, but am automatically excluded from doing so by TCB as it's over 100 days since the purchase. It's a 'no win' situation. I'm usually a big fan, but feel totally cheated. Avoid!!

	initially had a problem tracking submitted claim had to wait a while, payment was then confirmed and became payable next day £60.60 cheers tcb

	cashback tracked very quickly and efficiently so I am very pleased with that just have to wait 6 months for the money, odd though as it was stated that the cashback was £70.70 but I only got £65.00 (£65.65 after 1% topup) going to raise a query on that as I am at least £5.70 adrift as far as I am concerned - but that apart all very good, very economical quote and cheaper than my current life insurer with whom I will now part company unless they can give me more and drop the premiums... :)

	Eventually paid up after a lot of chasing around brokers by myself. The cashback paid was a lot less than the £600 originally offered.

	After all this time I have only been paid £70 in stead of £120 I was told I'm not happy at all I still expect the other £50 asap I took this policy last August and I was told it would be £120 I should get interest as I've waited so long
