	Anything they can do to delay or not pay the cashback! Avoid this retailer. Waiting for weeks and weeks, delaying the response time for a claim. Will avoid this retailer. Go compare paid out much faster and for more cashback.

	Worked, but 3 months to process Tracked instantly in my account. Followed the rules getting a quote and starting policy straight away. Took a few days shy of 3 months before it confirmed the amount and went payable.

	They never pay out I don't usually have a problem with payouts on here with other companies, but not once have CompareTheMarket honoured their payouts. It never registers, I send a claim in including all proof of purchase and it gets declined months later. Will not be using them again.

	A little extra discount It took a little bit of effort from me, and a bigger effort from Topcashback, but I eventually received my cashback from Compare the Market. There was an issue regarding tracking of the cashback, which may well be at my end, but eventually it came through. It could well have been caused by my VPN! Thanks to Topcashback & Compare the Market.

	Cheapest Car Insurance deals with bonus cashback Good site being able to find the cheapest car insurance plus having the cashback on top was a bonus. The only thing worth noting was it was slightly slower to register the cashback compared to other retailers.

	Cashback not paid unless a claim made A good comparison site, and happy with the insurance deal I got. HOWEVER, the cashback sat in Pending at £0 for months on end. Had to raise a claim with TCB, then wait for it “On Ice” for several more weeks, gave another Nudge, then finally paid at the rate it should have been (£25). Overall, the cashback payment took over 3 months to achieve, and only with active intervention.

	Declined Another declined cashback claim. I even lodged a missing claim and again declined. Not sure how this company can put the terms and conditions on the cashback instructions then decline any claims even though every single step was maticulously followed. To make it even more frustrating they don't even give an explanation why it's been declined. Definitely wont be renewing with this company again.

	Declined to pay I think this company is being disingenuous when looking to pay cash back claims. I would prioritise an alternative comparison site if you are hoping for a successful car insurance cash back
