	Cashback never works from this site - AVOID! Every time I use this to purchase car insurance from Topcashback it's always an issue, months and months through the report a missing cashback to then receive a notification many months later they are not allowing this. Topcashback should remove this as an option. I always notice any high purchases never track, I wonder why!

	Always declined There are two sites that I never seem to have any luck receiving cashback from, this one and Go Compare. Every time I buy house or car insurance for myself and my parents, I follow the guidance previously given as reasons why cashback may have been declined, eg, clear cache, start a new quote from scratch and go to purchase in the same session without clicking anything else. I even downloaded a new browser specifically for insurance purchases and despite each purchase tracking, they are always declined. I don't ever get any clear reason why it's such an issue when I purchase insurance when every other type of purchase gets confirmed, regardless of whether I've used the mobile site or desktop site. Lots of 5 star reviews so obviously works for most people.

	Easy Very easy, use Top Cashback, go to retailer and just purchase your insurance, it's as easy as that.

	Compare The Market having used insurance comparisons via cashback sites years ago they were unlikely to pay out, was pot luck id say. Pleased to report not the case here, all present and correct and paid within 100 days

	Compare the market I got the £20 cashback from getting can insurance from compare the market through top cashback. I am extremely pleased with this and the process was simple. Great all round service, thanks.

	Second time they've failed to pay out...AVOID (& others have told me similar stories). I won't be using them again, other comparison sites do a very similar service BUT do pay cashback...including Topcashback's own site. Avoid CtM, I know I will. (Thank you for the intervention of TOPCASHBACK customer service).

	Declined again The last two transactions I’ve done via Compare the Market have not tracked correctly. Both times I’ve had to submit a claim for my missing cash back and then waited weeks for it to be sorted. I don’t understand why it is having so much difficulty recently.

	Never pays out for me I have used the link several times over the years and bought policies after it but they have never honoured the payout. Wont be using them again.

	Not impressed They did not pay automatically, had to chase it through Topcashback and it took more than 5 months to be paid since the purchase.

	Have to file a claim everytime It's the second time I use Comparethemarkert via this website, and it's the second time I have to log a claim to receive the cashback. Never had an issue with any other merchant, and as a frequent user, I have already received hundreds of pounds here. Which makes me sure that Comparethemarket just adopts this policy to try and get away with paying it! Not impressed!

	Was payable then wasn’t - not to be trusted I had a £20 genuine payment was on my account as payable and hadn’t decided what to do, wither withdraw as cash or vouchers. Went the next day and it was gone. The price is different if you don’t go in via TopCashBack so just a big con with shady practices. I will avoid going forward.
