Second time they've failed to pay out...AVOID
(& others have told me similar stories). I won't be using them again, other comparison sites do a very similar service BUT do pay cashback...including Topcashback's own site.
Avoid CtM, I know I will. (Thank you for the intervention of TOPCASHBACK customer service).

The last two transactions I’ve done via Compare the Market have not tracked correctly. Both times I’ve had to submit a claim for my missing cash back and then waited weeks for it to be sorted. I don’t understand why it is having so much difficulty recently.

Have to file a claim everytime
It's the second time I use Comparethemarkert via this website, and it's the second time I have to log a claim to receive the cashback.
Never had an issue with any other merchant, and as a frequent user, I have already received hundreds of pounds here. Which makes me sure that Comparethemarket just adopts this policy to try and get away with paying it!

Was payable then wasn’t - not to be trusted
I had a £20 genuine payment was on my account as payable and hadn’t decided what to do, wither withdraw as cash or vouchers. Went the next day and it was gone.
The price is different if you don’t go in via TopCashBack so just a big con with shady practices. I will avoid going forward.

Don't bother!
I didn't get my cashback from Compare the Market. I spent an awful lot of money with them on renewing my card insurance, only for them not to pay the cashback as promised. I will not be using them again.
