Second time they've failed to pay out...AVOID
(& others have told me similar stories). I won't be using them again, other comparison sites do a very similar service BUT do pay cashback...including Topcashback's own site.
Avoid CtM, I know I will. (Thank you for the intervention of TOPCASHBACK customer service).

Declined again
The last two transactions I’ve done via Compare the Market have not tracked correctly. Both times I’ve had to submit a claim for my missing cash back and then waited weeks for it to be sorted. I don’t understand why it is having so much difficulty recently.

Never pays out for me
I have used the link several times over the years and bought policies after it but they have never honoured the payout. Wont be using them again.

They did not pay automatically, had to chase it through Topcashback and it took more than 5 months to be paid since the purchase.
