Booked in September, did not track, chased and is was attached, due to paid out by October now Mid Feb and still not paid, very bad service from Budget.

I normally use Hertz but they were too expensive so I tried Budget. Although there was nothing wrong with the car or service, still no cashback even though I should have had it back in early November. Have nudged them several times but nothing received. Would thus not use again!

Although the car hire service itself was generally a good experience, I still have not had any cash back at all from the car I hired in July. Very disappointed because i chose to pay for the car in sterling, had I paid for it at the local rate it would have been cheaper.

What's the point? If you look under "more statistics" the retailer has not paid any cashback since January 2011, that's over 6 months. Where the average of 7 weeks comes from is anybodies guess!

This company is the worst
Not only did Budget scam us out of fake 'toll charges' (we intentionally avoided all toll roads during and they weren't able to supply any evidence that we went through any tolls), they also declined our cashback. We certainly won't be using them again, regardless of any topcashback promises.

swerved payout by claiming it wasn't 'fully completed online' which is not true. More like they were swerving payout whilst charging extra £100+ for same car same time ... Won't be using them again for that reason!

As far as cashback goes you can forget it, mine has been declined at least twice, it says pending all the way up to the 21 weeks. Then changes to declined even though I paid for the car retal online. 8.08% don't believe it you will get nothing.

Took months and months and they only paid up after I lodged a claim. Even then, the time between the cash back being accepted and it actually getting to my account took months. Will go back to booking through Expedia from now on.

I paid for the car hire in March 17, holiday was booked for July, 2 weeks in Florida, Car was dirty, has to wait when i picked it up, not checked by the office before giving me the key and letting me go on my own. Cashback due 12 weeks after trip, waited, waited some more, waited a further 8 weeks before it became payable today. Don't think i will use Budget in the future.

Sadly, despite only clicking through on TCB, I get the message "your claim has been declined as the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction".
