It took far too long for BT to acknowledge that it should be paying cashback. Moved to BT in April 2018 and paid in January 2019.

they declined my initial cashback claim so i had to file a complaint to get it back. Took less than 2 weeks for them to realise their mistake and give me the cashback i was supposed to have! 3/5 for quick response!!!

unbelievably slow and paying cash back out and I've been waiting almost 12 weeks now. TopCashback can't really do anything either because its up to BT to payout.. if you're getting this deal just because of the cashback, I would consider other options
