Topcashback are asking for an AJM or BTCOM reference mumber to progress this claim. BT say this number doesn't exist and have provided a third party reference number that Topcashback won't acknowledge. BT representative say the number they gave is the only reference they have except the order number. Running round in circles and unhappy with Topcashback as their "computer says no". Despite what BT says. No confidence in the system?

Initiated the switch back to BT Fibre on 20th Dec 2018 and cashback was supposed to be 8 weeks. The deal tracked and was marked pending. Cashback changed from 8 weeks to 9 weeks. Around week 10-11 it changed to confirmed. After checking when Topcashback last had a payment from BT it was March for purchases in December 2018. Eventually on 1st April, after almost 15 weeks my cashback became payable. That's not far off double the initial 8 weeks that was forecast. At least I got it in the end but it shows that delays do happen so just becuase it states 8 weeks don't count on it being payable in that time, it can take much longer.
