Terrible experience. I placed the order to transfer my telephone and broadband to BT in January. They transferred the telephone quickly enough and then cancelled the broadband without informing me or telling me why. It then took about 6 months to finally sort things out getting it to work properly; dealing with them declining to acknowledge my order through TopCashBack etc. A total nightmare.

Refused my cashback as they’re saying it wasn’t done through top cash back. I know for certain that it was as they pulled this stunt the last time I used them through here so I made sure I did it by the book! I would never trust them again as they’ve done this to me twice now!

Changed to BT for broadband, phone and mobile, after all the problems I had with my previous supplier it's been a dream, everything working 100% from day one and cash back as well. Anything else I need i will be coming back to Top Cash Back. :-)

At the beginning I didn't think I was going to get my cashback as from the 8 week estimated payable time I waited a lot longer. But signed in today and it's payable I'm really impressed and highly recommend

Cashback arrangement excellent, however BT broadband is terrible. Used to be with Virgin, outage about twice a year, with BT outage is almost a daily occurance.
