My original review was not posted by TCB probably because it showed BA in a poor light. I will therefore repeat it. Booked a £5000 BA holiday in Mauritius for September 2015 in March 2015. Cookies were cleared beforehand. Boooking did not track. Tickey issued and reminders were required. Finally, in June, BA purported that the booking was not made bu TCB and cashback was refused. Not at all impressed. Will not book BA holidays again. Poorest of service. Buyer beware.

Worst company I have used via Topcashback. £5000 spent in very early March on BA holiday. Cookies cleared beforehand. Never tracked. Claim took until June to be resolved BUT BA refused payment saying booking was via another means when it was not. I feel cheated and will never book a BA holiday again. Buyer beware. I am £35 out of pocket!

Don't waste your time....claim made in 2013 for longhaul flights to the USA tracked through and then paid as £0.00, same thing happened again for longahaul flights in 2014. Cashback claim each time? £7.50. Total cost of all flights well in excess of £4000.00, your measly cashback amount British Airways is hardly going to break the bank....

Very disappointing. Waited over 7 months only to have my cashback declined. Too late to submit a claim via customer care. A total waste of time and effort.

First transaction tracked immediately at correct rate, pending for weeks and then declined. had met all the requirements. Second transaction didn't track at all despite TCB having full record of visit. Disappointing experience. Don't depend on them.

BEWARE. Cashback pending for ages, then tracked through to 'payable' but declined. Unable to submit a claim as transaction was >100 days old (but it was pending for about 3 months). Don't count on cashback from them! As per other reviews, stingy amount too (£7.50 for £1730).

I earned earned £25 cashback over a year ago for booking a flight and holiday and it is still pending! Disappointing :(

Cashback tracked really quickly, however despite payout estimate being 15 weeks I am now up to 36 weeks and it still hasn't moved to confirmed.

Cashback denied after 5 months. This is the first time I have had cashback denied in over 5 years with TCB. All the terms and conditions were met. Very disappointing.

Awful! After 1 year of chasing up my missing cash back claim, topcashback said that BA rejected the claim without a reason. If BA do not wish to give any cash back, then they should not advertise here. What a liar!!

BA Flights and Holidays are useless for cashback. They have still not paid cashback tracked from 14 August 2014, despite my chasing Topcashback several times. My rating for BA Holidays is zero, but I have had to select the minimum of one star that Topcashback insists on.

Booked a flight in June 2014 - cashback tracked but has been showing as pending. Based on my experience and other reviews I'd not bank on getting any cashback from BA. Probably better to book a BA flight through a booking agent that does actually pay out!

BA cancelled the flights I had booked through TCB and reallocated me to new flights and I now leave from a difference airport. They have not refunded the parking costs I have incurred and cannot change. The TCB cash back was declined due I think to the booking change. I can find no way to appeal to TCB. Poor service all round.

Two claims now declined for no reason. No problems like this with dozens of other merchants I've dealt with. Raising claims now but these are straightforward claims being declined. Maybe BA cost-cutting has reached new depths.

Paid for flights in excess of £1300 only for it to track initially then move to £0 after 100 days can't lodge a missing cashback claim (which is a con as TCB have all the order details to validate on the system), not impressed with the process, but can at least look forward to a decent flight.

Booked a flight and hotel through BA.com for £15.15 cashback. Cashback tracked straight away and slowly moved up to "confirmed". It sat there for ages and I thought based on current reviews I'd not see it, but after 4/5 months it did go to payable to be fair. I've also made a long-haul flight booking so will report back on how that goes. It is a shame that their long-haul cashback rate is so low. Spending £2000+ on flights for only £7.57 cashback is a bit stingy.

Declined cashback....for totally spurious reasons as per usual. Who is at fault here? The retailers or TCB, somone somewhere is acting under false pretences.
