Spent over £3k on longhaul flights using the topcashback link. They refused to pay my £7.50 saying I had claimed cashback from another site. I hadn't even looked at another site, what a waste of time.

Failed to track a holiday costing £692 which supposedly offered £34.60 cashback. Topcashback chased up but were ineffectual. Case closed without any cashback. Very poor so beware.

I have been a member of TCB for several years and used it for many, many online retailers. I am not joking when I tell you that so far British Airways has been the best regarding cash back.
I purchased a flight and hotel via BA on 29 July and the cash back became PAYABLE on 3rd August. Under one week! Is that a record? And we are not talking small sums of cash back here either. Brilliant BA

Purchased flight and hotel package on 9th February, still waiting for it to appear in my account overview (23/4/13).
Submitted a missing cashback claim on 18th February, plus a nudge since. Status updated to 'waiting for merchant' on 28/2/13.

Booked a holiday a couple of months ago and paid the deposit. It certainly tracked but did not become payable. Have had to raise a support ticket with TCB, but no progress after a month. Quite concerned that this will not be paid, as it's quite a lot on money. Will certainly not use BA again, as I can do without the hassle.

I waited and waited for the cashback to be added, it eventually tracked as confirmed but at £0. Very disappointing as I also cant raise a complaint as I never realised it needed to be within 100 days.

BA incorrectly rejected the cash back claim after 3 months of waiting. Unfortunately when I tried to challenge the claim it too was rejected because it was over the 100 day period (TCB won’t process any failed claims after this time).
Unfair, very annoying.
