	Don't waste your time with British Airways! BA take forever to acknowledge your claim, and when they do, it will only be declined. They should be taken off as a merchant from Top Cashback, as the whole cashback process with them will only frustrate you!

	Appalling I have nearly been waiting a year for cashback to clear. Understandably had to wait for the travel date to pass then another twelve weeks to the merchant to pay it fast forward five months and it’s still pending. Absolutely appalling and no help from TopCashback as to what is even happening, just we need to wait for the merchant to respond. TERRIBLE

	Absolute Farce Flights booked January 2025 - tracked but showed at zero value. When I enquired I was told that it would track at the correct value once I had flown. I flew in November, has now been confirmed at zero value, paid £1619.44 for the flights. Absolutely dreadful.

	Had to chase Cashback came 6 months after travelling and only because I chased it. Apparently TopCashBack gave me the cashback and are still waiting for it from BA

	Declined for no obvious reason... V disappointed in BA - this kick in the face just adds another reason to the long list of reasons that, when I can, I now choose another airline....

	Awful ! Avoid ! All 3 Purchases tracked zero I did 3 separate purchases for 3 different trips over a year time, all tracked zero. Claims take forever and still waiting. Both BA (network tracking agency according to toipcashback) and Topcashback are awful when comes to this retailer tracking, they blame each other and neither of them take any responsibilities.

	Do not waste your time Holiday booked in March 2025, returned back in September 2025, still no update, still pending and left for the customer to chase. Not worth the hassle.

	No cashback for rewards passengers. Not only BA try to make their customers life a nightmare when booking rewards and/or avios flights...they also do it once comes to cashback.

	Same experience as everyone else Claim declined,. holiday completed. Given my accor claims are also declined I am getting very suspicious of topcashback. I dont seem to have similar issues going through other cashback sites

	Never Paid Cashback I have gone through Top Cashback many time for British Airways flights and never seem to be paid anything although it has been tracked, no idea why?

	AVOID! BA are CHEATS! as with just about every other review, Brisitsh Airways have just declined my latest complaint claim. NO reason is given. -this is now Eight in a row over two years - I will not, and would NOT recommend British Airways. Cashback cheats.

	96% tracked - but 100% incorrect Every single one of my BA claims, and there are a few, tracks and is then declined. The 6 digit BA booking reference only ever shows as 5 digits on TC and is therefore declined, months after the booking. I asked TC last year to fix this and they claimed some GDPR or Date Protection rubbish about why it happens. So i now have 3 customer service claims open for cash back, one of which is pending payment. The only plus side is that the cash back when it does arrive adds up!

	Multiple purchases over several months - never pays BA should be blacklisted - they never pay, I have booked european shorthaul and american longhaul - it tracks but never pays

	Cashbacks not paid - 2 times! Interestingly BA refuses to pay the cashback to BA Club members (Bronze, Silver, Gold). Well then, I take loads of cans of beers from the BA lounges as "a takeaway" in the spirit of "you screw me, I screw you".

	Reliably Used 3 times and has always tracked with payment approximately 12 weeks after date of holiday. Think cashback rate could be a tad bit higher!
