	Waste of time Booked (expensive) holiday in April 2025 for March/April 2026. Get a message saying that the cashback would be put on ice until the end of the holiday. It will be automatically released on 16th April 2026 and sent over to British Airways. Surprise, surprise - the 16th April comes and goes and the case is closed with no cashback payable. Was a decent amount if it had paid out. Robbed us of Avios points last year as well - and didn't pay cashback on that holiday either. Would have given 0 stars if I could have - just work on the assumption that British Airways just refuse to pay any cashback out and then you won't be disappointed.

	Not impressed Purchased flights through this site then onto BA. Didn't use any avios points or any cedit and BA declined my cashnack. Raised a ticket with Top Cashback who couldn't explain the decline either. TC kindly paid me the money as a good will gesture. Disapointed with BA to be honest. Thank you Top Cashback for honouring the payment.

	Warning against BA! Like others below please note BA have approved many of our Cashback and suddenly decided this month to decline it despite it being approved. BA should be held accountable for this misleading cashback promotions and everyone should nudge CS to chase BA with proof of their wrong doings.

	Pointless Originally did not track at all then after waiting 4 months on a cashback claim the £55 I was due on a £6000 purchase was reduced to £1.10! Don't waste your time - utterly pointless.

	Amazingly cheating merchant - Never paid up. Payment Total GBP 1690.22 Payment Date 22 Aug 2025 that was in the receipt i paid for a premium economy long haul flight. First it didn't track. then i nudged customer service for help. then i got the correct amount. then BA declined it in April 2026. Definitely boycotting these guys now.

	Cashback declined after 9 months I booked a flight with BA in July 2025 via TopCashback. The claim was declined by BA in April 2026.

	If I could give no stars I would. Completely useless. Same as other reviewers, they leave it a year then decline. Total waste of time going through topcashback for BA.

	Tracked but declined Tracked in June 2025, sat there until April 2026 at which point they declined it. Typical BA behaviour tbh, no longer a great airline they now laughably budget.

	Wxpect to NOT get cashback Transaction did not track initially. I made a manual claim and despite the expected cashback for the trip (£827) being about £16, British Airways eventually 'confirmed' the transaction cashback as 16p, based on a 'purchase cost of £17'!!!!!! Unbelievable! Thankfully, TopCashback stepped in and honoured the cashback (fair play to them and top marks), BUT as far as British Airways are concerned, this was really poor form!

	Another example of BA not paying up! BA should be removed from the website. It is clear from the many reviews that they have no intention of paying up, this is disingenuous at best and arguably false advertising. Had to chase multiple times as sat at 'pending' for nearly a year, then today has been declined for no discernible reason. I have also been in a separate dispute with them for over a year over £32 which their appalling customer service are flat out ignoring. Just avoid BA entirely is my advice.

	You won't get your cashback This is the third time BA have reneged on their cashback. Purchase of £2000 made December 2024 for travel in November 2025. Eventually progressed to confirmed in March 2026, actually confirmed, then it's been declined yesterdat. At best, inept, the cynic in me thinks they're deliberately disingenuous.

	Terrible. Every valid claim put in is rejected (i've had 5 rejected which are all within the terms), and then has to be appealed through TopCashback to fight repeatedly to sometimes get it. Retailer shouldn't offer cashback if they're not willing to follow through on valid claims, or retailer should be removed from the website.

	Tracked,but 6 months later declined Like many others I have repeatedly clicked through to British Airways and booked my transatlantic flight only to have it tracked but then declined 6 months later. No reason as the spend met all their criteria. Not worth the effort.

	Always have problems claiming... They never seem to pay out. The amount tracks correctly before being declined after 6 months or so at which point there is nothing you can do. This has happened to me multiple time. My advice, do not include cashback in your flight cost calculations as you are very unlikely to see any of it.

	Cashback That Never Pays Out – What’s the Point? British Airways being on TopCashback feels completely misleading at this point. Time and time again, cashback tracks initially, only to be declined or cancelled months later with little to no explanation. It creates a false sense of value at the time of booking, only for customers to be disappointed long after the transaction is complete. If cashback is rarely honoured, it raises serious questions about why BA is even listed on the platform — it feels more like a marketing hook than a genuine customer benefit. Consistency and transparency are key with cashback, and right now, this experience falls well short.

	Eventually paid, but had to wait nearly a year! Put a dispute in with Top Cashback - they paid out, but took nearly a year. I should have flown with another airline.
