96% tracked - but 100% incorrect
Every single one of my BA claims, and there are a few, tracks and is then declined. The 6 digit BA booking reference only ever shows as 5 digits on TC and is therefore declined, months after the booking. I asked TC last year to fix this and they claimed some GDPR or Date Protection rubbish about why it happens. So i now have 3 customer service claims open for cash back, one of which is pending payment. The only plus side is that the cash back when it does arrive adds up!

Cashback is always declined
Every booking is declined despite meeting their T&Cs - pointless trying to use them on here.

Multiple purchases over several months - never pays
BA should be blacklisted - they never pay, I have booked european shorthaul and american longhaul - it tracks but never pays

Cashbacks not paid - 2 times!
Interestingly BA refuses to pay the cashback to BA Club members (Bronze, Silver, Gold). Well then, I take loads of cans of beers from the BA lounges as "a takeaway" in the spirit of "you screw me, I screw you".

Used 3 times and has always tracked with payment approximately 12 weeks after date of holiday. Think cashback rate could be a tad bit higher!

More BA Exclusions !!
Paid nearly £2K for flights for my wife and I and then only realised BA denied any cashback as I happen to be in the exulted position of being a Bronze member !! My wife is a Blue member so where is half of my cashback ?! Why is everything about BA miserable from having to pay to reserve seats in premium cabins, to woefully cramped cabins - the list goes on .....

Still waiting
Booked Sept 24 went away Aug 25. Purchase has tracked and Cashback is showing the right amount, its over the 12 weeks estimated ive contacted customer services who have told me that is the average time it may take longer but looking at these reviews it'll be a Christmas miracle I see a penny of it

Two flights where I am certain I clicked directly through from Topcashback to BA, no other links, discounts, etc. The transactions never tracked. After chasing up and waiting 2 years BA refused both claims. Not worth the hassle.

Never paid out after spending thousands, Just declined it after 11 months. I've been on the holiday and been home 27 days. Absolute con l. Should be removed from cashback and by looks of it im not the 1st person they've done it to and im sure I won't be the last, youve lost a 3 times a year customer

Still chasing
Holiday was booked in September 2024, fully paid in February 2025 and taken in July 2025. All tracked fine but nothing paid to date. Advised by customer services that it should be 10-12 weeks from the end of the holiday but I'm now at 17 weeks so have contacted customer services again. Disappointing as you'd think BA was a company you could trust.

Took a while but cashback successfully received - eventually.
It is worthwhile persevering with TopCashback customer services claims team - especially if you have a genuine and valid purchase made with BA through TopCashback. I had two BA Holiday claims. The holidays were booked and paid for over a year ago and taken earlier this year. Nothing showed on the TopCashback site so I registered two claims. These were put "ON ICE" - presumably after the holidays were taken. Nothing happen after taking the holidays so I sent several nudges. Things eventually started to progress and my claims progressed to "with merchant" and the "decision". Horror of horrors - the next thing I knew was that both claims had been DECLINED. I challenged this with TopCashback customer services and provided addition proofs of purchase - should these have been need. About 3 days later I was informed that BOTH of my claims had been honoured and my 2 cashbacks credited to me. Thank you customer services.

Terrible SCAM
Only merchant i’ve used which declined cashback. I warn you do not use BA. I personally won’t be using them in the future

Retailer declines cashback
Cashback usually gets declined by retailer. Cashback remains pending for months and then goes straight into declined - once it’s too late to challenge the cashback. Poor cashback service by BA considering the ridiculously high prices.

"Your order was not found in the purchases TopCashback referred." That's all they said, even though obviously Top cashback tracked it, I purchased the flights, and used them too. But that's BA for you.
