	Claim was underpaid - still chasing full amount Right from the start the claim tracked too low and was reported to TopCashback at that point. BA have effectively only paid a short haul cashback claim when the travel was long haul and should have been a much higher rate. Disappointed this all takes so long to chase and I am the one that has to do it.. It was clear from the start that the cashback was too low. Still waiting on an answer from TopCashback and BA. It takes far too long to sort these issues out.

	1% on flights only is ridiculous. If you are gong to offer a discount - offer a decent discount - like 10% and not 1%.

	Members and TCB take note - cash back consistently being declined Have had multiple cash back transactions denied. Am a seasoned TCB user and cannot understand why/how cash back is being declined. Avoid, in my view.

	Never tracks, but claims usually accepted I've made about 10 purchases from BA over the past year, and I don't think a single one of them has tracked automatically. However, if I remember to file a claim then they do usually come through eventually.

	Reject almost all flight claims They only seem to authorise my BA holidays, they reject the cashback for any business flights I make.

	Difficult to get cashback from BA I purchased air tickets on BA website 5 months before my trip thru TopCashBack, but topcashback failed to track my itinerary after I've finished my trip, I need to contact Topcashback to resolve my problem

	Tracked but declined If you trust BA's IT then you're sure to be disappointed. I travel BA regularly and had 4 claims in October. all tracked and all declined. Waste of time.

	Took a bit longer than most but worth it. As an airline, I can understand why it takes a while for certain things to happen. But in the end patience held out.

	Cashback declined despite booking Bought a ticket and cashback was declined by retailer around 4 months after I had taken my flight. I wouldn't bother with booking through them if the cashback is a deciding factor.

	very slow and multiple declines VERY slow to pay out, and multuiple declines. Had to involve topcashback customer service on every ocassion to appeal.

	What Cashback?? Brought flight tickets on British Airways website 6 months ago, via the TopCashback link, but have not got any rewards yet. Raised a claim but have not heard anything back. Don't bother!!

	Not tracked My correct cash back amount was not tracked, I received half of what I should do. Took a long time to actually receive it. Now waiting on a claim to receive amount owed. Since sept 23

	Low & slow payout After booking a BA holiday for over £5.5k we got less than 1% Cashback, we booked in January 2023 and had to wait until after our holiday in August even though we paid the balance in June?

	Sometimes they decline for no reason Unclear why they decline - very often / most of the time. Obviously also an airline with a terrible customer service , so not worth trying to discuss with them.

	Cashback not as quick as the flights! Applied for the cashback via Top cashback website and the tracking was on point! However it took over four months after we'd taken our flights for B.A to pay the cashback to Top cashback! the whole process took almost a year!!
