Always have problems claiming...
They never seem to pay out. The amount tracks correctly before being declined after 6 months or so at which point there is nothing you can do. This has happened to me multiple time. My advice, do not include cashback in your flight cost calculations as you are very unlikely to see any of it.

Cashback That Never Pays Out – What’s the Point?
British Airways being on TopCashback feels completely misleading at this point. Time and time again, cashback tracks initially, only to be declined or cancelled months later with little to no explanation. It creates a false sense of value at the time of booking, only for customers to be disappointed long after the transaction is complete. If cashback is rarely honoured, it raises serious questions about why BA is even listed on the platform — it feels more like a marketing hook than a genuine customer benefit. Consistency and transparency are key with cashback, and right now, this experience falls well short.

Eventually paid, but had to wait nearly a year!
Put a dispute in with Top Cashback - they paid out, but took nearly a year. I should have flown with another airline.

They shouldn't be on Top Cashback
They are slow to payout, sometimes randomly reject cashback...and now it states that they don't pay cashback to anyone who is a member of their rewards scheme - which I would say is the vast majority of people who fly with them! Utter waste of time and does nothing for their brand image.

Don't waste your time with British Airways!
BA take forever to acknowledge your claim, and when they do, it will only be declined. They should be taken off as a merchant from Top Cashback, as the whole cashback process with them will only frustrate you!

Appalling
I have nearly been waiting a year for cashback to clear. Understandably had to wait for the travel date to pass then another twelve weeks to the merchant to pay it fast forward five months and it’s still pending. Absolutely appalling and no help from TopCashback as to what is even happening, just we need to wait for the merchant to respond. TERRIBLE

Absolute Farce
Flights booked January 2025 - tracked but showed at zero value. When I enquired I was told that it would track at the correct value once I had flown. I flew in November, has now been confirmed at zero value, paid £1619.44 for the flights. Absolutely dreadful.

Awful ! Avoid ! All 3 Purchases tracked zero
I did 3 separate purchases for 3 different trips over a year time, all tracked zero. Claims take forever and still waiting. Both BA (network tracking agency according to toipcashback) and Topcashback are awful when comes to this retailer tracking, they blame each other and neither of them take any responsibilities.

Same experience as everyone else
Claim declined,. holiday completed. Given my accor claims are also declined I am getting very suspicious of topcashback. I dont seem to have similar issues going through other cashback sites
