	Didn't track in January 2022 and I had to make a claim, it has now been sitting on "confirmed" it's now Aug 22 and I still haven't received the payment.

	3 out of 4 recent transactions have not tracked and have required tickets to be raised. To be fair, so far 2 of the 3 tickets have resulted in cashback.

	1% on flights only is ridiculous. If you are gong to offer a discount - offer a decent discount - like 10% and not 1%.

	Members and TCB take note - cash back consistently being declined Have had multiple cash back transactions denied. Am a seasoned TCB user and cannot understand why/how cash back is being declined. Avoid, in my view.

	Reject almost all flight claims They only seem to authorise my BA holidays, they reject the cashback for any business flights I make.

	Tracked but declined If you trust BA's IT then you're sure to be disappointed. I travel BA regularly and had 4 claims in October. all tracked and all declined. Waste of time.

	Cashback declined despite booking Bought a ticket and cashback was declined by retailer around 4 months after I had taken my flight. I wouldn't bother with booking through them if the cashback is a deciding factor.

	What Cashback?? Brought flight tickets on British Airways website 6 months ago, via the TopCashback link, but have not got any rewards yet. Raised a claim but have not heard anything back. Don't bother!!

	Not tracked My correct cash back amount was not tracked, I received half of what I should do. Took a long time to actually receive it. Now waiting on a claim to receive amount owed. Since sept 23

	Sometimes they decline for no reason Unclear why they decline - very often / most of the time. Obviously also an airline with a terrible customer service , so not worth trying to discuss with them.

	Awful tracking history I travel at least once a month with BA but none of the purchase / booking has been tracked and it’s taking more than 6 months to be “confirmed “.

	Too many of the transactions get declined In my experience only about 20% of my bookings have resulted in actual cashback. The other 80% get declined but there is no way to find out why. I make the same journey every month and book in the same manner so there appears to be no rhyme nor reason to it.

	Transactions tracked but cashback declined twice Completed 2 purchases recently; the cashback was declined in both cases - not sure why as there's no explanation. I see it's not only me, so what is the point of cashback advertising if it's not paid back?

	Two transactions both tracking at £0.00/declined Purchased two separate tickets using the desktop page and followed the usual guidelines on clicking through and making the purchase, etc. but both transactions tracked at £0.00/declined. Highly unsatisfactory.

	Very little cashback received I am not sure why but cashback from BA either tracks at zero or is declined.
