	Do Not Raise Your Hopes of British Airways Paying Anything I have just had yet another purchase declined, booked over a year ago, travelled April 2025, whilst it tracked and shown pending for over a year. Now declined, no reason! Out 5 BA trips over the past four years I have only been successful once. I suspect these BA offers are not intended to be paid. Contrast with Air France and Cathay Pacific who paid up within 4 weeks of booking and paying for the flight.

	Still waiting 10 months later Had to file a claim which was accepted but still waiting 10 months later for the payment.

	Slow payment Flight has tracked, but way over the date it should be paid. This includes that I have taken the flight 5 months ago, and paid for the flight 10 months ago.

	Far too slow Booked in early 2024 for a Nov 2024 holiday. Cashback has tracked but it's almost a year on from the holiday and BA haven't made the payment yet. Would not recommend.

	Never Works Booked flights in January for over £1600 in total, raised a claim as its showed at 0. 9 month later no further forward. Looking at the reviews its a regular occurrence.

	Really poor service It often does not track or tracks and then is declined for no reason. They also take ages and ages to respond when a claim is in ‘Waiting for Retailer’. I keep trying, but I keep being disappointed.

	Suggest you don't bother Booked flights via TCB, but payment not received. Submitted a claim which has not been honoured. Definitely not doing 'what it says on the tin!!!!!'

	Very Poor - even though valid transaction tracked ok. Very Poor - even though valid transaction tracked ok - waited 8 months for payout after submitting claim

	Really difficult to get Cashback Cashback doesn't track or is declined, flew in November with BA and was declined - couldn't remember the offer so couldn't check that it was valid so had to accept, however booked again in Spring for Autumn flights and took screenshots of the offer, now on hold because TC can't progress the claim until I've flown... not made clear in the offer that you won't get cashback til you've taken the "product". I've paid, whether I get on the flight or not makes no difference as my flights are non refundable.

	Great cashback to go with my holiday My Cashback tracked perfectly, I always make sure I am accepting cookies as I click through and I have no issues.

	Just never tracks Most other retailers work fine, oh, but never BA. The budget airline makes rules that mean it is never worth the trouble now, the loosely worded after VAT (and surely you mean Before VAT?) amount, the shorthaul v longhaul threshold - what used to be a simple attempt to earn a little cashback along with a purchase becomes a tedious task with them. Coupled with the decline in actual service and experience on the flight, not worth the trouble.

	Pointless offering any cashback offers if purchase doesn't track Despite clicking through TCB, after a year the result has come back as 'no record of transaction through TCB'! It is pointless offering ANY cashback offers if the thing won't track!

	No payment Spent over 5k through TC & apparently they weren’t the final referrer. Neither company comes out of this well.

	Terrible - Never Tracks - Don't waste your time I have now joined the club, 11 months of waiting after it was denied and starting a missing cashback claim through TopCashback get the same stock message as everyone else. Don't bother or expect anything from them. TOPCASHBACK - DO BETTER - DROP THIS RETAILER IF THEY'RE NOT GOING TO PAY, THEY'RE RUINING YOUR BRAND TOO.

	Nothing Same as everyone else, "cannot be found". In fairness I'm only using BA until I get rid of my 500k Avios because they've run the company into the ground.
