None of the transactions track
Like others have reported, I book either flights or holidays with them almost once a month and none track. The manual process takes over 6 months. Massive shame as it worked so well, probably an issue since post pandemic

Awful tracking history
I travel at least once a month with BA but none of the purchase / booking has been tracked and it’s taking more than 6 months to be “confirmed “.

Too many of the transactions get declined
In my experience only about 20% of my bookings have resulted in actual cashback. The other 80% get declined but there is no way to find out why. I make the same journey every month and book in the same manner so there appears to be no rhyme nor reason to it.

Transactions tracked but cashback declined twice
Completed 2 purchases recently; the cashback was declined in both cases - not sure why as there's no explanation. I see it's not only me, so what is the point of cashback advertising if it's not paid back?

Purchased two separate tickets using the desktop page and followed the usual guidelines on clicking through and making the purchase, etc. but both transactions tracked at £0.00/declined. Highly unsatisfactory.
