Never tracks always have to chase and measly payout for amount spent

Rarely tracks, always have to follow up.
I have always had to place follow up tracking with BA and they take an age to pay.

It took 15months to pay. It took them nearly 15hrs to get me from Heathrow to Manchester. They didn't deserve 1 star
