It took 15months to pay. It took them nearly 15hrs to get me from Heathrow to Manchester. They didn't deserve 1 star

Didn't track in January 2022 and I had to make a claim, it has now been sitting on "confirmed" it's now Aug 22 and I still haven't received the payment.

Unfortunately you have to submit a claim for every flight which takes a long time, with limited communication.
