The first cashback claim was easy, yet a month later when using top cashback i was unable to claim my expected cashback. I went though top cashback, yet allegedly the merchant refused my claim as they said i did not go through top cashback to complete my order(even though when claiming the missing cashback all my order details were atomatically there on the system - i didn't need to enter ANY transaction details!)
