Didn’t track automatically but paid out after submitting a missing cashback claim. Total time waiting for pay-out was 11 weeks - not good enough from a merchant who claim to be ‘Faster Paying’.

Cashback didn't track, logged a claim and its been declined, even though I haven't returned any of the goods i brought. Won't be ordering from them online again as there is no incentive too when I receive more points instore.

Not the easiest site to navigate and last time I used Boots, I kept getting an error message and ended up having to phone my order in, so of course I couldn't get cashback for a large order, over £100, so not a happy bunny.
Previously when ordering health products I had no problems, tracked and payable quickly.
One star for last purchase, five previously, so three stars overall.

This was a great deal:- 2x Sonic toothbrushes at 1/2 RRP (£44.99 each instead of £ 90 each). On arriving at the Boots site, discovered that there was a code for an extra 10% if spending more than £ 80. Added some spare heads to bring over the £ 80 (there was £ 5 off rrp on these and the 10% also counted here). Delivered to local pharmacy store for free. £ 1.81 cashback registered immediately. Also £ 3.56 of Boots Advantage points.
Net cost therefore £ 84.60 vs RRP of £ 204.97. Other retailers also had the same items at half RRP but not with the additional savings.

Cashback not tracked on two separate transactions. Cashback declined on two separate occasions. Not happy; don't bother trying to get cashback from Boots through TCB.
