I spent 14.98 with Boots but had to return one item at 7.99 and then bought another item of the same named product for 5.99. My cash back was declined for 14.98 which I agree but I should have received cash back for the remainder (bought 5.8.16). I gave been given new cashback for my new purchase. I think Boots should look into this and somehow have built in to cashback to receive money for remaining items if any have to be returned. Brigita Bishop

not big cash backs, and if you use your boots vouchers or points to pay you don't get any cash back, bit hit and miss for me, but still good, had a few small payouts.
