Having a complete nightmare collecting cashback that has been declined. As one item was out of stock the whole amount of cashback has been declined and I have not been able to report the declined cashback as who knows which items come under which category???

Quick and easy to use Boots through top cash back...but if order delayed in store ie low stock/ or split order items in different cash back value areas (ie Baby/goods---electrical) then its tricky to sort cash back out KEEP ALL INVOICE/DELIVERY NOTES numbers on them important

I spent 14.98 with Boots but had to return one item at 7.99 and then bought another item of the same named product for 5.99. My cash back was declined for 14.98 which I agree but I should have received cash back for the remainder (bought 5.8.16). I gave been given new cashback for my new purchase. I think Boots should look into this and somehow have built in to cashback to receive money for remaining items if any have to be returned. Brigita Bishop
