Cashback levels not overly generous. Can be confusing as levels vary with type of purchase. Cashback slow. Ignored one from May, which customer services had to investigate. Have just received payment.

Boots, great store but far too complex breakdown on cashback. I've tried matching the descriptor on their website to the cashback banding without success. Look forward to Boots explaining which criteria toner comes under so that I can finally get cashback. Sigh!
