Booked through Booking.com twice via Topcash and both times they have failed to pay out. They claim to not recognised there own bookings. Never use them again.

Bought a holiday Feb 16 for New Year 16/17. Despite having paid all monies due at time of booking on a non refundable basis, I had to wait until March 17 to get the Cashbach. Steer clear!

I have been waiting for 8 months for £50 cashback and its still pending!! Really disappointing. Have booked my honeymoon too so i'm guessing im going to be waiting even longer for that one!

Despite tracking straight away, it says its confirmed as £0.00. I will not be using this company again and recommend everyone avoid them and use someone else. TCB say "they are waiting for them to respond" from a purchase made in September and no idea when that might happen. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
