Very slow to confirm Cashback-used extensively last summer 2017 for numerous bookings in February/March 2018 .However no sign of any Confirmed cashback from several completed bookings.

Appalling. They refused to pay cashback on a booking I made in September 2017. I made the booking through them and had a receipt for same but they chose to mark the booking as 'cancelled' and not payout cashback. This was very disappointing and I felt very let down by Booking.com.

I have had to leave a one star rating as the system would not let me leave a no star rating.BEWARE I booked a holiday with Booking.com and should have received nearly £80 worth of cashback and raised a missing cashback claim to be told that they had "cancelled" the transaction even though when I contacted Booking.com directly they informed me that they had cancelled this holiday on their system by mistake as I can prove that I went on it. Not impressed and am now very wary to book through them again if this is what they do to get out of paying cashback
