Absolute waste of time. We purchased via topcashback in JUNE 2018 and still the money is in "pending" stage. Let alone the accommodation being absolute nightmare!

This is a company you should avoid if you want to guarantee cashback. They give a pittance as it is, but twice in 2018 they have declined cashback even though they were both booked correctly. There's more trustworthy hotel booking sites.

Be careful claiming your cash back from this retailer. They don't decline transactions that you have cancelled/refunded then they pay out and claim it back from your TCB balance when you least expect it.

Have had very disappointing experience with this retailer. One transaction tracked successfully and then was cancelled with no reason given. The second has tracked and is confirmed but still awaiting payout after six months.

Declined payout after 18 months after originally becoming payable. Made my topcashback account -£21.07 down. Be careful that even though something becomes payable and you withdraw the money, Booking.com can decide there they want the cashback back after 18 months!
