Well I thought it was easy. I booked the same hotel twice for the same length of stay and only recieve cashback on one of the bookings. Thats unfair

Despite my booking tracking (and since I didnt cancel obviously is a completed transaction), Booking.com still have not paid. Its now well over a year and numerous chases, Booking.Com will no longer receive any further bookings from me. As someone who spends several thousands on hotels each year, the pittance they have gained by not even lifting a finger to deal with this, will mean none will be with them. Hope the saving was worth it for you Booking.Com

Not been happy with last few bookings. Despite having our credit card details they have cancelled our bookings and cashback has been declined even though we have stayed at the hotels booked. Missed out on cashback. Won't use again.

I make several bookings per month - and on 4 occasions - because of client requirements, had to cancel them or rearrange them. Bookings.com seemed to cancel my money due on the other bokings. I will book through another agent if this is not rectified. You can cancell payments immediately, but not pay for up to 12 weeks. This is not good service

Several times while trying to make purchases through topcashback booking.com would not sign on and although I have had proof of purchases these were not accepted as there was no tracking in evidence. It was very disappointing as they were large purchases. I still made the bookings but all complaints were ignored. There seems to be no way of complaining apart from refering to a particular transaction!

Despite very thorough work by the TC team, Booking.com refused to pay my £70 of expected cashback, claiming that I had not tracked through TC. Given that I had refreshed my browser, removing all Cookies prior to logging into TC and through them to Booking.com, to ensure that there should be no mis-tracking. Do not make my mistake of using the HIGHER priced Booking.com rates, in the expectation of the overall price being cheaper after cashback. Not only did not get CB, but hotel booking cost me £40 more than another link site.
