I thought ( had found a really good company here. The flowers on the website look beautiful and the offers are really good. The people I sent flowers to said they were really pleased with what i had sent them as a gift, but if was only when one friend sent me a photograph of what she had received I actually saw the quality myself. The bouquet was nothing like as impressive as shown on the website. The colours were dull not 'vibrant' as described and there were less blooms than outlined in the description. It looked a really limp boring bunch of flowers. I contacted Blossoming Gifts to let them know how disappointed i was and sent the photograph my friend had sent me. They got back to me straight away saying they would investigate. That was over 3 months ago! I have subsequently contacted them and they still have not got back to me. My advice is do not use this company. I certainly will not be doing so again.

Substituted flowers for unsatisfactory ones and when I complained, truly didn't care. Wouldn't use again.

Payout took much, much longer than expected. Service used in September 2016, taken 7 months when it was original only a few.

As with most people I have found that although the cashback tracks quite quickly, the money money actually arrives. Purchased in September 2016, still no sign of a penny. The payable date just extends each week, complete con.

The cashback takes forever to arrive. The number of weeks keeps getting bigger and bigger, not smaller. They seem very reluctant to give cashback at all.

Ordered flowers with confirmed Valentines Day delivery which by lunchtime on 15th Feb has still not arrived. Called to complain and initially offered partial credit until expressed total disatisfaction and given full credit.

Took 9 months and alot of effort on MY part to get the cashback. Not sure who to blame thought. Topcashback could not care less, the merchant did seem concerned and helpful though. Getting sick and tired of Topcashback just washing their hands of responsibility when issues arise !

Cashback tracked okay. However wouldn't recommend ordering from this merchant as they didn't deliver on time, order received was 11 roses instead of 12 and was missing balloon that I also paid for! Useless.

Great cash back offer, flowers were beautiful, delivered on time, chocolates too. Flowers lasted 4 days! Pretty poor and no response to emails.

Sadly flowers were not received. No reply to an email or to online form.
Will now have to do a charge back on the credit card.
Very sad - avoid at all costs!
