Extremely slow to payout and cashback reduced because I used the voucher

The cash back was slow to arrive and lower than expected. However, as the flowers were good quality and lasted for a couple of weeks I returned to the merchant today. I've tried to use their voucher code and it doesn't work. Whilst the product is good they need to sort out their incentives as this is a saturated marketplace with many better known brands.

Cashback has tracked immediately but incorrectly. There is a 25% offer today but the cashback has tracked with the wrong amount in the order, and the cashback is not 25%.

Very disappointed with them as they called me on the delivery day to say the flowers were out of stock. They were also out of stock for delivery the next day so I requested a refund. My cousin didn’t get her birthday flowers.

Pity you can't do a minus score, I ordered an arrangement of flowering Iris bulbs and chocolates for a birthday present, what they got was a box of mud. Customer Services, where like yeah, send us a picture - which I have, but no weekend customer services, so nothing I can now do until Monday, very very unhappy. Also did not get the 24% cashback offer, so that's a scam too.

I paid £6.99 for premium pre 12oclock delivery 5 days in advanced. The day it was meant to be delivered I got tracking information saying it would be between 4-5pm. I checked on the website for the delivery options again and they changed the prices and details. Had a live chat with them, they were very unhelpful and lied to me about refunds, telling me to email them then changing their mind.. and told me that it's my issue because it's on "my end now" and I placed the order. The email I got back from them was the same telling me it's my fault and ignoring the fact that I paid £6.99 for delivery when on their website normal premium delivery is £3.99... Obviously I paid for the pre 12 at that 6.99 price.
