Had to place a claim query, but always have received the money.
But, wonder whether it is just that they wait until the stay has been confirmed and basically I am being impatient ;-)
Which ever way, always recognised and always a great hotel to stay

I have claimed cashback 4 times from BW, only one has been acknowledged which took a bit of chasing - the other 3 have been 'waiting for the retailer' for over a month with no end in sight!!
Best to book through late rooms or smilar retailer
