Cashback Refused.....Twice
Booked a stay with Best Western via Topcashback, Followed all the rules. They declined payment saying rules not followed. Complained to Topcashback with all relevant details and declined again.
It's strange that all my smaller amounts have been accepted by Best Western, a larger amount is questioned.
Hit and miss!!!

Great rate and quick to get payment!
Booked holiday in january and got cash back payable in march. Still waiting for the other payment to be payable as I booked two separate bookings.

Cashback never appears on my statement
I am a long term user of Top Cashback and hotel bookings so I know the process and rules. BW cashback never appears on my statement - have recently moved from using Hotels.Com to BestWestern. Never had an issue with Hotels.Com. BestWestern however, I never get an email to say I have cashback and it never appears on my statement. Will wait another week and do a customer complaint if no updates.

Payment finally after first refusing
Booken a stay with Best western via top cash back,
Followed all the rules.
They declined payment to cash back saying rules not followed.
Resolved after filing complaint with top cash back.
Was not impressed.
