                    These haven't paid out the few times I've used them, stating I used a different referral, when in reality I cleared cookies etc as I always do, went straight to TCB and then bought it through them.
Silly really.
Also, the Newark hotel isn't up to much for the price I paid the first time. Second time was a bit more reasonable. 
Either way, neither time did they pay out.

                    2 years and still waiting for my valid claim to at the very least be reviewed by Best Western!!!!!! Avoid if you actually want the cash back. Top Cash Back are absolutely powerless against suppliers.

                    At first cashback only tracked 3.5% instead of 5%. Made a manual claim and got that pretty quick. Now the rest of 3.5% has been declined. FOr what, I dont know yet as I have completed my stay and settled the bill. I dont see how it can be declined. Poor.

                    Still no payment from this merchant. I raised the claim over a year ago and have chased regularly. There was no problem with the original cashback registration. Topcashback seem powerless and toothless in chasing this merchant for payment, so to be safe I’d steer clear as you may not get the money!

                    My booking wasn't tracked, so I've submitted a claim in Oct 2011 and I am still waiting for BW to look into it. Why does it take one year to check against one booking number is beyond me. Buyers beware!

                    I booked 2 rooms at the same time through the Topcashback link in April this year.The cashback shown was lower than expected but I assumed this was because I hadn't stayed yet and would increase after payment at the hotel in August. The cashback was only confirmed after our stay in August but remained at the lower amount. It would now appear the cashback was only given on the one room which was the cheaper of the two.I have since tried to lodge a claim but as it is more than 100 days after booking it my claim is not allowed.

                    The cash does seem to take a while to come through from the merchant but it gets there eventually. Occasionally I've had to cancel a trip not sure how this stand with the 'pending file'.

                    I started using Top Cashback to book my hotel stays with Best Western last September, NOT one transaction has shown on my account not even as pending, I use Best Western every week through my work and when I seen that they were offering 5.05% cash back I thaught I would be quids in... after all that is what this site is all about, I'm now seriously thinking of finding another site. I have submmited claims to Top Cashback but it all drags on and I'm getting more and more cheesed off !!!!!!!!! RUBISH !!!!!!

                    I have used Best Western 3 times through TopCashBack. 
I have had to each time chase up the money, it eventually comes through (2 months or longer) , but Best Western are consistantly poor in responding to claims. 
Patience is required, use all the facilities here to get your money.

                    I stop at Best Western hotels many times and after every visit I have to submit a missing claim.Wherever possible I now book my hotels through Expedia was they are a lot quicker and give better Cashback

But, wonder whether it is just that they wait until the stay has been confirmed and basically I am being impatient ;-)
