	Got the delivery day wrong but beds and delivery men brilliant. Cash back needed chasing though and only got it after a few months when it didn't track. Not sure why that was but beds are so expensive, cashback was well received

	BensonforBeds have failed to pay my cashback despite paying over 1000k for a mattress and bed, they haven't a record of topcashback at there end, Topcashback have been quick to help to be fair.

	Bought a bed in mid-December 2013. The bed is great - very comfortable and I am happy with the purchase. The cashback tracked almost immediately, however it has been well over six months and the cashback has not become payable. The estimated payment time is 6 weeks - this is absolutely incorrect. I am still waiting to receive this cashback (it is over £30).

	Cashback tracked within a couple of days at the correct amount. However, estimated payment time is 6 weeks according to TCB, it has now been over 5 months and I am still waiting for cashback, so although I expect it will be paid, ignore the quoted timescales.

	Very pleased with my furniture and bed, however cash back never tracked at it was £80 :-( the joke is that it is supposed to be faster paying.... have given up now after 4 months.........

	Very disappointed chose Bensons over another company that sold similar slightly cheaper items because of the good cashback offer disappointed it was rejected despite providing order numbers etc etc Wont use again

	Bought the bed in good faith as it was more expensive but with the cashback it made sense. However now, a year later the cash back has been declined. This has left me out of pocket for a lot of money! Even at time of purchase I had issues with the service and delivery which got delayed!

	Spent over 4K on bed and mattress, June 2016 -- claim submitted but now nearly 2017 and still waiting on merchant. Leaves a bad taste if they can't investigate claims.

	Absolute shambles. Cashback has never tracked after 6 months. Claim submitted to merchant which they have simply ignored. In the end I submitted a complaint to the CEO of Bensons for Beds and I am still waiting for them to reply. Complete waste of time, avoid this company at all costs.
