chose Bensons over another company that sold similar slightly cheaper items because of the good cashback offer disappointed it was rejected despite providing order numbers etc etc Wont use again

Despite not using Topcashback (my error) this retailer has always been a good provider of items and service. My childs Simba mattress is over 2 years old and still as good as new, he sleeps very comfortably. Our bed is over 15 years old with no creaks in the Divan bed and the pure memory foam mattress is still going strong.i

Bought the bed in good faith as it was more expensive but with the cashback it made sense. However now, a year later the cash back has been declined. This has left me out of pocket for a lot of money! Even at time of purchase I had issues with the service and delivery which got delayed!
