	Top cashback helped me After waiting quite a while before contacting Topcashback about missing cashback they helped me successfully start the process of getting it sorted out it took a few months but eventually it was resolved many thanks

	9 months! Had to wait 9 months for cashback to be paid and had to make three missing cashback claims as three valid purchases did not track. Glad I didn’t hold my breath waiting for the cashback.

	Six Months To Get Cashback I bought a garden storage box following a special B&Q cashback offer and it appeared that the cashback hadn't registered. I logged a complaint and TCB got my cashback after about six months. Good service from TCB, but not good from B&Q, although the product is very good.

	At last - got my B&Q cashback! Bought some flooring in Feb this year and it's just arrived 7 months later. I had to through the missing cashback process, which is quite easy off you keep your emails, and then nudged TCB every month. Nothing happened until July when B&Q confirmed cashback. I contacted customer services who advised me to keep my support ticket open until I saw the money which I did. Then nothing happened until B&Q actually paid out this month. In July I did put another big B&Q transaction through a different cashback service with the same B&Q delays but without any of the TCB help and support.

	Long time to be paid I did a huge order earlier in the year because there was such a good cashback offer on. It didn't track and took until September to be paid out but the topcashback review system worked so was worth doing, £27is pretty good

	Slow cashback Bought a Karchar in February. It didn't track. Had all the details including order number so raised a ticket. It took until September to get £18.97.

	very slow from beginning of March to beginning os September (6 months) to get cash back from a substantial order from B&Q, smaller order/cashback still outstanding!

	Didn't track, apparently usual! OK, bought a sofa set from then, clicked through, visit recorded etc. Spent 1100+ and no tracking. In fact, they're obviously bad actors because before I could lodge a complaint TCB actually immediately notified me that it hadn't tracked so sent me an auto-submit form to approve with the transaction etc. already detailed!!! This suggests TCB are aware of tracking issues with B&Q and is onto it. Wait and see if I get the credit, will probably take months anyway.

	Linking is awful I tapped through to the link on the B&Q page on TopCashback and had this waiting message for app. When it was finally ready to redirect me, it kept taking me to the app store. I'd rather just shop than be taken through to a download app page. Terrible.

	Have to chase EVERY time You have to log missing cashback on every transaction with B&Q. They are a nightmare and never track. It will be easier going to someone else who pays slightly less just so you save time on your OWN admin work.
