Using the same details on AXA website without clicking through topcashback gives a lower policy price - the difference is almost exactly the same as the cashback offered.
Seems AXA increase the policy price when accessed via topcashback to offset the cashback they pay.
Why bother waiting up to 6 months for payment (judging by other reviews) for the cashback when you can save the same amount immediately by NOT using topcashback?

TCB have received the following reason from AXA having chased a missing claim on my behalf.
"... it unfortunately appears that your claim could not be approved. The comment that has been provided regarding this rejection is that 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale'."
Reading other members recent comments, this merchant appears to be using this excuse to avoid paying out legitimate cashback claims!

I brought insurance for two cars through Axa and Topcashback. in January The first purchase registered and the 2nd didn't. After I put through a cashback claim for the 2nd purchase the 1st disappeared from my account. Axa apparently are claiming they received a claim for the cashback from another source which cannot be true. Look at all recent reviews and they are all bad. VERY VERY unhappy.

Took the Insurance with Axa on 14th Nov 2012. It is now 19th Mar 2013 and the claim is still pending. I would not recommend using Topcashback for Axa Insurance. I doubt if I will get paid.

Bought car insurance on August 2012. It's now March 2013 and no sign of money after raising cashback claim on 1st Sept for declined transaction. Haven't left stars in case this gets rresolved...

Have lodged a cashback claim through top cashback, lets hope it pays out or else Axa are offering cashback on false pretences!
If they don't pay out what I have been promised I will never use again.

The insurance quote was very competitive but, 3 months later, the cashback still has not tracked. I would not recommend relying on this company to honour the cashback offered.

BE WARNED. I purchased home insurance with axa in july this year. The transaction never tracked, so claimed in july and have just found out now that axa have declined my claim.(Please read the many other reviews you will get the idea!) I am very disappointed with axa and this whole transaction and will definitely not be renewing my insurance with them in 2012.

I am not happy with the reason that Axa have given, its such a petty excuse for not giving the cashback as i only brought the home insurance for my father, thwy can say good bye to future purchases from me, i looked up the reviews of this company on your website and most of the customers are not satisfy with them. For a big company it is very lame for them not to honour the cashback purchase as this will indicate that if i need to claim from them, i will have a fight on my hand!

Cashback failed to track, query raised on 10th July. Topcashback finally conclude at the end of November that the transaction was not applicable for cashback. Would not recommend.
