1st June 2022, now March 2023, no cashback yet, and TC chasing for months.
Purchased a joint policy in June 2022! and here we are in March 2023 - Had to open a case with Tc customer advisors. Think be easier to quit policy and find a new supplier of life insurance. Dont believe the big incentives offered.

Total scam, avoid! New policy established Jun-22. Missing claim raised & through normal channels not resolved. Now escalated by TC through partner affiliate & advised could take several months.

Cashback never tracked, opened a support ticket, waited 6 months while it was on ice....still waiting, still not tracked! Awful, please avoid. Planning on cancelling life insurance

Bought alAvia life insurance through topcashback. Was £20 more expensive per month than buying direct from Aviva but cashback was rejected stating was not through topcashback. Please avoid at all costs

I have been waiting since 06/06/19 for £275 cash back to be paid by Aviva, I have contacted customer services twice as the payment is marked as ‘pending’. This is now over 7 months and still no cash Back!,

Don’t bother, they have no intention of paying you any cash back. Waited for months and then they rejected it. The worst part is it cannot be challenged. We still have life insurance with them via that transaction though.

Terrible. Initially failed to track so had to lodge a claim for the purchase to be recognised. After 5 and a half months the £85 cashback is still 'pending' which is disappointing for an apparent 'faster paying' merchant. I am considering cancelling the life insurance policy and going elsewhere. Would rate zero stars if I could.
