Although I should have received cashback on my purchase, I didn't and the item I ordered wasn't returned. I have only just noticed this as it was last November so I shall be submitting a ticket.

Item bought from ASOS website through topcashbac, but not tracked. Claim opened, but merchant decided not to pay as order was cancelled/returned. But the order was NOT cancelled/returned, i dont recemmend to buy from ASOS.COM
