	One of the better retailers One of the better retailers with some good sales and quite good delivery, though relying on Royal Mail for next day delivery is a silly mistake. However delivery is tracked and arrives when Royal Mail can be bothered. Cashback normally tracks ok but didn't on last purchase. Had to claim for missing cashback and 5 months later I got my £1.02. Whoopee! Well done Top Cashback for finally claiming my cashback. Every little helps!

	Excellent vendor with genuine products Excellent site for shopping some good bargains from time to time, however cashback tracking can get sticky at times so be careful when ordering via topcashback.

	Cashback declined Claim went through , but stayed pending then eventually declined. No other code was used and was a qualifying item.

	Cashback declined I bought a pair of £90 trainers. Not in the sale. No discount code used. Tracked as £0 then declined. Said they couldn't find my transaction despite me being able to give them an order number, time and date of order etc. Won't use again.

	Crazy unreliable So unreliable. Most of the time cashback is declined for no reason. Or if they approve the cashback it takes an age. I’ve only just had a transaction confirmed from from February and it is now December!!! Do not trust them!
