Asda dont seem to give the cashback! It tracked at £0, stayed at that until its now disappeared and that is after submitting a missing cashback claim and nudges, not good just like the delivery service in my opinion... :(

Isigned up and shopped at asda and nothing happened then suddenly 12 months later with no nudges £5 turned up so some of you might get a suprise

Only waited a short while but currently tracking at 0, delivery was late with no phone call or apology. only positive thing is that they gave me free delivery e-voucher for good will. Dont hold your breath for £5.
If your delivery is late go to "contact us" at bottom of page and change subject to "I've placed an order that hasn't been delivered yet", they will phone you and give you free delivery e-voucher on your account (takes 24 hours). Link Below

Oh my god, what a nightmare!! Delivery service was abysmal, resulting in us going to pick up the order from the shop itself!! And to top it off, tracked at £0.00. Oh well, I've learnt a leson there...

What a joke TCB is turning into.
Mine also showed up as £0.00 but this is normal, according to the info.
I ordered on 02/12/2009 and the payable date is 9 weeks but still £0.00.
Submit claim I tell myself. Fill in the detail only to get this message.
We could not find any valid record of your visit to this retailer on the chosen date.
* We record everytime you visit a retailer, unfortunately, without any records of your visit to the retailer, we cannot progress your claim for this transaction.
Yet there's a line, in my account, on TCB with that date. What's the point in having a well designed account panel if it don't work lol!
TCB used to be the number 1 CB site on the internet. Lately they are 1 from bottom :-(

Like most of the other comments - Cashback not arived, despite nudges and emails. The servce from ASDA was dreadful - lack of communication, missing items and when they finally delivered them they forgot to tell me they were coming so I had to rush home. I will use Tesco next time as it has better customer satisfaction.
