They don't pay out, and don't respond to queries. I have a claim that has been open 9 months and counting and they haven't even responded to topcashback.

Took ages to come through to the account and then too at the wrong amount. The resolved cashback (received after more than 3months) was less than the original deal

It's easy for NEW customers but once you have joined you don't get any cashback - well I haven't as yet and I've been a member for about 5 months now!! Why is that? Every week I click on top cashback and select Asda but to date I have not received any cashback!!!
